Initially concentrating on the small residential market in Melbourne’s inner suburbs, Giannarelli Group soon progressed to medium density projects in various Melbourne suburban areas such as Fitzroy, Newport, Carlton, Southbank, Braybrook, Brighton, Hawthorn and various projects in other Australian States with QLD being its core focus since 2020.

Director
Dean has significant experience in identifying, negotiating and integrating bolt-on acquisitions having led large scale commercial property acquisitions and developments in both Australia and the US.
Dion Giannarelli
Director
He further honed his skills at Southern Capital Corporation in Melbourne, where he gained expertise in project management, residential and commercial real estate development, and was involved in developing significant projects across Australia.
In 2012, he founded AU1 Property, a US-based property development group, capitalizing on the global financial crisis. He has since completed multiple large-scale developments in the US, where he holds an Agent's Representative License in the State of Victoria.
Dion holds a Bachelor of Property and Sustainable Development with a major in Urban Development and Construction Management from Bond University.
